Ginger, Soursop, and a Cup of Nasty Green Stuff?
In a small dainty house tucked away in Hidden Valley was my sanctuary, my grandmother, Margaret. Her home, more specifically her bed, was where my body sprawled across on sick days as a young girl growing up in St.Thomas, Virgin Islands.
My grandmother rubbed my body with her special ginger rub that I used like 5 minutes ago. If I had a fever,my mother, would walk to the back yard, pick a few sprigs of soursop leaves, and about 30 minutes later, your girl was drenched in a hot soursop bath. I much preferred this remedy over my grandmother walking to her back yard, picking aloes and other questionable herbs, and making a green concoction“Drink it– All of it,”she demanded. As awful tasting as it was, it worked. This is Paradise Blush. As my passion for natural remedies, health, and wellness continues to grow, I feel gratitude to have this platform to share. It is my mission that we will elevate our existence together. Knowledge is power and the beginning of transformation.
It’s interesting, the plants and herbs that saturated my hometown are attention-grabbing headlines in the world of health and wellness. It makes me proud to be so RICH!
