How to Use Smile Oral Hygiene Essential Oil Blend

Directions:First, press treatment pump and squirt into the mouth or onto your toothbrush. You can then apply a safe toothpaste on your brush and proceed.  You can also use SMILE to oil pull by squirting into mouth and keeping the contents in your mouth for 10 minutes.  After 10 minutes, spit out  and brush as usual.
