The Ultimate Tropical
- 1/2 mango peeled and pitted
- 1/2 cup papaya
- 1/2 small banana
- 1/2 cup pineapple
- 10 oz coconut water
Juice all ingredients and enjoy!
Carrot, Apple, Pineapple Suprise
- 1 large apple quartered
- 15 oz pineapple chunks
- 3 large carrots ends trimmed
- 2 tsp ginger fresh
- 2 large celery stalks
- 1/2 medium beet
Juice all of ingredients and enjoy!
Passion Fruit Juice
- 2 tsp sugar
- 3 passion fruits medium
- 4 1/2 cups water
- 1 whole lemon juiced
Cut the fruits into half and scoop out the inside on a plate.
Put in a blender along with the remaining ingredients, except the lemon juice, and process until smooth.
Strain and add lemon juice.
Serve chilled over ice cubes in tall glasses on a hot sunny afternoon!
Iced Sorrel Tea
- 1 cup sorrel dried
- 1 1/2 cups raw brown sugar
- 1/3 cup lemon juice
- 7 cups water room tempature or boiled
Wash and rinse the sorrel three to four times.
Add the sorrel, sugar, lemon juice in a pitcher or a big plastic bowl.
Add water to the previous mixture and mix until the sugar dissolves.
Let it steep for three hours and stir every 30 minutes.
Fill your glass with ice, pour this amazing drink and enjoy.
- 1 1/2 cups pineapple chunks frozen unsweetned
- 1/4 cup ice
- 1 cup pineapple juice unsweetned
- 1 cup coconut milk unsweetned
- 1-3 tbsp brown sugar optional
- 1 tsp ground nutmeg
Blend ingredients together and enjoy!
