1. Navitas Cacao Powder

I have tried a few cacao powders, but this brand is by far the best.  The taste is amazing and potent, so a little goes a long way.  It lasts.  The health benefits of Cacao powder are many. It’s an antioxidant powerhouse and a disease. 2. Dr.Bronner Castile Liquid Soap

This soap gets you clean without drying your skin.  I love that Bronner uses essential oils.  I love the tea tree liquid soap because essential tea tree has numerous antibacterial, antifungal, and anti-inflammatory properties.  Because it’s a liquid soap you can also add other essential oils and nourish your skin with even more goodness!

3. Cold pressed extra virgin Coconut oil

Also known as my little miracle. Cold pressed extra virgin coconut oil has many healing and medicinal properties.  I cook with it, use it in my hair and skin DIYs.  Coconut oil is a healthy fat that has microbial benefits, excellent in the prevention of dementia and treating Alzheimer’s disease.  It also aids in digestion and can help speed the metabolism thus helping the body to shed fat.

4. Now essential tea tree oil

Powerful.  A few drops have the power to heal!  I use tea tree oil in just about every blend I make. From mosquito repellent to skin lotion to hair and scalp conditioner.   Tea tree oil is excellent and removing dead skin and eliminating the dry skin that can layer the skin.

5. Chaga Mushroom Tea

Anti-aging! Chaga mushroom has miraculous health benefits.   It’s called the king of medicinal mushrooms.  It has been studied for its potential cancer-fighting agents such as betulinic acid, an antitumor compound found in high dosages in the Chaga mushroom.  Chaga is also a powerful anti-inflammatory and antioxidant.  Although Chaga is a new trend in the west, it has been part of the Russian and more research needs to be done, this

7. Bragg Apple cider vinegar

Stock up because Bragg’s Apple Cider Vinegar will change your life! A healthy and satisfying alternative to wheat.  Since I seriously cut down on eating wheat,  I am always looking to experiment with low carb flours and coconut flour is one of the best.  I use coconut flour to make pancakes, porridge, or sweet treat from time to time.  what I love about this flour is its satiety.  In other words, it keeps you satisfied longer and keeps the sugar and carb cravings away!

9.Redmill Hazelnut Flour

Wow.  One of my favorite flours to make pancakes.  It’s low in carbs and the taste is so rich and delicious.  This my favorite breakfast flour for pancakes or muffins.

10. My Kind Organics women multivitamin

I love these vitamins! They are whole food ORGANIC vitamins and do not contain synthetics.  I Love that the b12 is not synthetic and either is the folate.

11. Organic Maca powder

Flavorful and energizing, this powder balances hormones and can be added to a smoothie.  It tastes great and it gives a boost to athletic performance as well as aids in symptoms of menopause.

12. Indian Gooseberry

Also known as Amla berries – are the highest antioxidant food in the world. It’s 75 times higher than goji berries, 50 times higher than raw blueberries, and 2.5 times higher than acai fruit.  This is a great powder to add to incorporate into a healthy diet. peer review studies document Amla’s superior antioxidant character.  Over 30 peer-review studies of the gooseberry were published in 2011!
